Summer Is Finally Here

I took my last final tonight after I got off work, and I'm so glad! I really need a break from school, and glad it is finally here! No, the semester was not the best of semesters, but it'll be okay. I know that things always work out in the end.

Yes it is summer time, but boo on not really getting to do much for summers anymore. I am working 40 hour weeks, and no real time to take vacation. There are a few reasons for that... money, PTO having to be used for Phi U Conclave and NCFR Conference (6 days each conference), and not really sure how everything else is going to work out. There are things to be done here at the house, and I'm excited about having time to just go to work and come home to focus on getting stuff together.

So although it's summer and I get a break from school, it won't really feel like a break... or I guess a summer, but oh well!

I am looking forward to spending a couple weekends/days in Dallas/Denton area with a couple AMAZING friends! We obviously have to figure things out, but I miss them and will need those girl nights out!!

Can't wait to have something exciting to talk about, but right now, my brain is just going too fast in so many directions! Have a fabulous summer everyone!
